geo-tweets datasets v1 (January 3, 2022)

April-July 2020, days 1-5: geo-tweets-1-5.zip (500MB)
April-July 2020, days 11-15: geo-tweets-11_15.zip (420MB)

The ZIP files contain one data file geo-YYYY_MM_DD_HH.id per hour. The data files contain only the Tweets IDs, as Twitter forbids other forms of data distribution. To obtain the full tweets, they have to be hydrated, for example, using a tool such as Twarc. Beware, this will increase the amount of data by approximately a factor of 200x.
